Are Food, Weight and Body Image Issues Controlling Your Life?

Our society promotes unrealistic images that make a thin body seem like the ideal. Many people hear their family members, peers or other influential figures sharing negative or unproductive ideas about weight and body shape. Whether they mean it or not, these messages can still have a significant effect on you.
